Can anyone recommend a budget good quality printer with cheap ink cartridge replacement?

Spent hours researching all kinds of printers... All I really need is a text-printing work-horse of a printer, but lost will to live by now, and found myself stuck on HP Photosmart C3180 All-in-One Printer, but ink cartidges seem on a steep side (even the compatible ones).

Any suggestions?

Thank you:)|||All ink cartridges are expensive, this is where the manufacturers make their money. The printers are, considering the technology in them, almost given away.

By new cartridges at places like Asda and Tesco as they are a lot cheaper. PC world also do a range for most printers under their own name. Lastly there are cropping up outlets that refill old cartridges and sell them very cheaply. Look out for them.

Best of luck.|||how about Lexmark all in one they are relatively cheap you could pick one up for about 拢40 at this time of year from PC world and ink is well priced and also you could just take the empty cartridges to a cartridge world and have them refilled at a fraction of the cost|||Heard that SAMSUNG is quite good.|||if your not too bothered about quality go for lexmark but for a good 3in1 the cannon mp150 is good or any of the epsom and compatibles are cheapfor both makes my fav is cannon|||To be honest, there%26#039;s not much to choose between lower-end printers now, but certainly get your cartridges refilled at Cartridge World if there%26#039;s a branch near you. I%26#039;m running an Epson all-in-one and have had no trouble at all with refilled carts. And it%26#039;s less messy that trying to fill %26#039;em yourself!|||lexmark z375

cheap easy to use and takes only one ink cartridge balck and white and colour combined!

good quality for money and less messy wen it comes to changing cartridges|||Cannon bubblejet printers are known to have the most cheapest ink cartridges and printers from a long back.

The only problem is it takes 40% more time to print. If you have time, this is beyond perfect.|||Here you go

///|||There are some low end HP Printers that will just do black and white if you select the defaults as that.

Overall, it depends on if you want to avoid too many recurrent costs. Whilst a Laserprinter is not initially cheap, the lasers can usually be bought with just a Black and white option, and the need for toner/cartridges is less often than the Deskjet or inkjet versions.|||Go to Asda...got a Lexmark on sale for 拢24.99.

Don%26#039;t buy replacement carts....refill them....easy 10 min job....refill kits can be bought for about 拢6

Morrisons are doing them buy one get one free at moment!
