What is the best color printer for the money and cheapest for ink cartridges?

Any entry level Epson, Cartridges are about 拢3 on ebay|||An HP all in one. Just about any model.|||I like Lexmark and buy it in bulk from BJs|||I have the HP 3845 for $39. It really prints good and the ink cartridges are between $10 - $20 depending on where you buy them. You can also buy a photo color cartridge.
