Some of them can.
If there%26#039;s a Walgreen Drug store in your area, take the cartridges there. Some Walgreens will refill them, depending on which type of cartridge you have, and if they provide the service.
(PS) Some places put too much ink in the cartridge, and will cause %26quot;blotches%26quot;. Do a %26quot;test pattern%26quot; first, before actually printing. This will clear out the blotches, and your print will come out clearer.|||the best thing to do is buy at the military base they discount it $3 and you get to take the used b/w or color one to staples. you get a net return of $6 ...because they give you a $3 dollar credit.|||I have a 924 printer from dell and I used the ones from dollar tree and it works well just don%26#039;t pay attention to the flashing lights that tell you to reorder.
