Ebay.|||Do not buy from eBay. Cartridge have an expiration date. They only have a shelf life of about 14months from date of manufacture. They can also be improperly stored, counterfeit or defective units somebody is looking to off load.
After a cartridge expires the electronics malfunction, ink will leak and the cartridge will be useless.
Look out for factory clearance places like Costco, Sam%26#039;s club or tiger direct. they often have great prices on consumables. They will be your lowest price.|||With current original Lexmark cartridges, the prices you find at the major stores will be with in $5 of every where else.
I am always worried about EBay for OEM cartridges since they do have an expiration date, that most people do not realize/notice.|||there are a good amount of ebay stores that provide this service and they can be average 10-25 dollars (which is at least half the normal price)
you can always refill your own ink, you can buy refill kits with large amounts of ink. it doesnt last as long because the ink dries quicker after you breach the cartridge but you get massive amounts of ink in contrast.
search lexmark ink refill in ebay. you get CMYK (blue/red/yellow/black) colors for about 20 dollars for 16oz black and 8oz others. not bad i think. they come with needles to inject the ink.
i use refills because i am poor. ;)
